We process orders within 1-3 days. Based on our historical data, shipping time is around 3-9 days. However, in rare occasions, your package may be delayed for circumstances beyond our control such as holidays.

Yes you can return the new, unopened item to us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

If any items stops working within 2 years of purchase or is damaged upon arrival we will send you out a replacement free of charge. Just email and we will take care of you.
