Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt/proof of purchase. Items must not be opened at all.
- Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, colour, or option, of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
- Rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process may be subjected to restocking fee. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can see what we can do.
- To begin a return, within 30 calendar days of delivery, reach out to our customer support team at email@example.com to confirm the return.
- Once the return has been approved (usually within 24hrs) we will send a return address, this address will be to a returns warehouse that is nearest to your address/ or else to our suppliers warehouse.
- Once we receive the package in our warehouse we will issue a refund in full to the payment method immediately that was used to make the purchase.
- We do not offer refunds on warranty sales.
- If any items stops working within 2 years of purchase we will send you out a replacement free of charge. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of you.
